1. About us
Chroma Crafter is operated by Liviu Avram, trading as Chroma Crafter, at:
128 Brookhouse Road
Farnborough
GU14 0BU
United Kingdom
Email: info@chromacrafter.store
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Chroma Crafter. These terms apply to purchases from chromacrafter.store and use of our website.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
2. Our products
We sell trading cards, accessories and 3D printed items. Each product listing describes what is included, along with relevant sizes, colours, quantities and other details.
We take reasonable care to ensure that descriptions and photographs accurately represent our products. Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear, but goods must still match their description, be of satisfactory quality and be fit for their intended purpose.
Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, accessories and display props shown in photographs are not included.
Changes to descriptions or specifications apply to future purchases and do not change what we have already agreed to supply.
3. Trading card products
Sealed trading card products are supplied in the condition described in the listing. The listing will state whether you are buying an individual booster pack, starter deck, box, bundle or another product.
Booster pack contents are random. Specific cards, artwork, rarities or monetary values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description or guaranteed by the manufacturer.
A disappointing selection of cards is not, by itself, a product fault. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, incomplete or not as described.
Please check the product title and description for the language, edition, quantity and contents before ordering.
4. 3D printed items
Our prints are made in-house and inspected before dispatch.
Visible layer lines are inherent to the 3D printing process. Minor colour and surface variations may also occur. Ordinary layer lines consistent with the listing photographs and description are an expected part of the finish.
This does not exclude defects affecting strength, function or appearance beyond the finish reasonably described. We assess potential faults in accordance with your statutory rights and our returns policy.
Follow any care instructions, age guidance and safety warnings supplied with the product. Some items contain small parts or delicate components. Items described as decorations or collectibles are intended for that use; do not assume that every 3D printed item is suitable for use as a child’s toy.
5. Placing an order
Please check your order, contact details and delivery address before paying. You must be authorised to use the payment method provided.
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products selected. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not mean that we have accepted it.
We accept your order when we send your dispatch confirmation. The contract for the products covered by that confirmation is formed at that point.
Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unsuccessful payment, suspected fraud or a material pricing or listing error. We will notify you promptly and refund any payment taken for products we cannot supply.
We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.
Your cancellation rights are explained in section 9 and our Returns & Cancellations policy.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
The total shown at checkout is the amount payable. We do not add undisclosed packaging or handling charges after you order.
Prices and promotions may change for future orders. Such changes do not alter an order we have already accepted.
If we discover a material pricing error before accepting your order, we will contact you. You may choose whether to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.
Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
7. Shipping and dispatch
We currently deliver within the UK.
In-stock orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. Weekend and bank-holiday orders are dispatched the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Our delivery options are:
-
Standard tracked delivery: £3.99. Estimated delivery within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
-
Faster tracked delivery: £4.99. Estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Delivery charges include postage and protective packaging. We normally use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard delivery and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for faster delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Faster delivery does not shorten any separately agreed production time.
For separately agreed custom orders, we confirm the dispatch timeframe when agreeing the order details and before payment.
See our Shipping & Delivery policy for full details.
8. Delivery problems and damaged goods
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you or a person you nominate to receive them. The statutory exception applies if you independently arrange a carrier that we have not offered.
We email tracking information when your order is dispatched. If it has not arrived within five working days of dispatch, contact info@chromacrafter.store. This reporting timeframe does not limit your statutory rights.
We will investigate delivery problems and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where required. You do not need to resolve the issue with the carrier yourself.
If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the item and packaging are helpful where available, but original shipping packaging is not required to exercise your statutory rights.
For damaged 3D prints, we offer a replacement at no additional cost. If the replacement also arrives damaged, we offer a full refund. This replacement offer is optional: customers entitled to reject faulty goods may choose a refund without first accepting a replacement.
For damaged trading card products, contact us before opening remaining seals or returning the item. Where a return is required, we arrange or cover reasonable return postage. Please return all contents in the condition received, without further opening or use.
9. Cancellations and change-of-mind returns
For eligible online purchases, you may cancel from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back.
Email info@chromacrafter.store with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. No reason is required, and cancellation does not depend on our approval.
For cancellation of the whole order, we refund the product price and standard outbound delivery charge. Any additional charge paid for faster delivery is not refundable for a change-of-mind cancellation.
You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. Package items securely and retain proof of posting. Original packaging is preferred but is not a condition of your statutory rights.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund-processing fee.
See our Returns & Cancellations policy for full details.
10. Handling and sealed trading cards
You may inspect goods as you reasonably could in a shop.
If handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function, we may deduct the actual resulting loss in value from a change-of-mind refund.
Keep trading card products sealed if you may wish to return them because you have changed your mind. Opening booster packs or other sealed products can substantially reduce their value.
Opening a product does not automatically remove all statutory rights. Any deduction reflects the actual loss caused by excessive handling. Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain.
11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and match their description.
You generally have a short-term right to reject goods that fail these requirements within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After this period, repair or replacement rights may apply, followed where applicable by a price reduction or further right to reject.
Contact info@chromacrafter.store with your order number and details of the issue. We arrange or cover reasonable return postage where required.
Our policies and any voluntary replacement offers do not replace or restrict your statutory remedies.
12. Custom and personalised orders
Our standard range is not excluded from cancellation simply because it is 3D printed or produced after an order is placed.
If we separately agree to supply genuinely bespoke goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods, we will explain any applicable cancellation exception before payment.
No automatic percentage cancellation fee applies.
Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain.
13. Shopify and privacy
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the platform used to display products, process orders and support checkout. Purchases from this store are made directly with Chroma Crafter.
Shopify collects and processes personal information when you browse or interact with the store, including to provide and secure its services, process transactions and help prevent fraud. Where enabled, this may include Shopify’s enhanced services.
Information submitted to the store may be shared with Shopify and service providers, including providers in other countries, as explained in our privacy policy.
Please read our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy. Information about exercising applicable privacy choices with Shopify is available through its Privacy Portal.
Nothing in these terms excludes any responsibility that we or Shopify may have under applicable law.
14. Website use and intellectual property
You may use our website to browse, shop and access information about our products.
Do not use it for fraud, harassment or unlawful activity, upload malicious code, access another person’s information without permission, or interfere with its operation or security.
Website content belongs to Chroma Crafter or the relevant rights holders. You may save or print information for personal reference, including your orders and these terms. Other uses must respect applicable copyright and intellectual property rights.
Pokémon, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars and other game names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Chroma Crafter is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those rights holders.
Buying a physical product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in its design or branding.
15. Reviews and external services
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful material, misleading claims or personal information belonging to others.
If you submit a review for publication, you permit us to display it in connection with our store and products. You retain ownership of your content. Private customer correspondence is not treated as permission to publish it as a review.
Our website may link to external websites or offer services operated by other providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. This does not reduce our responsibility for your purchase from us.
16. Our responsibility to you
We are responsible for loss or damage that you suffer where it is a reasonably foreseeable result of our breaking the contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We do not exclude your statutory rights concerning the quality, description or fitness for purpose of goods.
If an event outside our reasonable control affects an order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effects. Your rights concerning delivery, cancellation and refunds continue to apply.
17. Changes, applicable law and complaints
We may update these terms for future orders. The version provided when you place your order applies to that order. Later changes do not reduce rights you already have under an existing contract.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain the protection of any mandatory consumer laws that apply where you live. You may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply so far as legally possible. Any ambiguity in a consumer term will be interpreted as required by applicable consumer law.
If you have a complaint, email info@chromacrafter.store with your order number, a description of the issue and the outcome you are seeking. We will consider it fairly and work with you to resolve it.
